This may be Charlottes best kept secret. I travel often and this year was very worried about an event in Los Angeles that Im attending in June. I just couldnt find the right dress. Something classic, but funky, and unique - that fit my curves! I had been shopping for weeks and running into the same dresses, same styles, over and over again. Todd and his staff were a dream come true! They are so welcoming and the shop is laid out so well. My eye would spy one piece and then bounce and see another I loved! I tried on several things, and ended up with two perfect dresses! One is fun and flirty, and the other is very Audrey Hepburn meets Lady Gaga. Perfect for the event I am attending! Of course the perfect oversized bag and purse with shoes also had to come home with me. Lastly, a jacket. Perfect for tossing over pretty much anything I already own to dress it up, or keep the cool nights off. Thank you so much Todd for making my What to Wear the easiest part of my trip. I was amazing at one glance you knew my size, and my height. His knowledge of every piece of clothing in that store, and personalized shopping experience, make Scarlet an enjoyable place to shop. Buyers BEWARE! DO NOT, DO NOT SHOP HERE! Although the clothing seems enticing, the owner is a slimy, untrustworthy piece of crap. He will say anything to make a sale including "special ordering" items which involves charging you for an unseen item that may or may not appear at all. I once ordered an item and I called several times with the promise that it "will be here" only to finally call back a year later and still no item! A YEAR! needless to say I asked for my money back. Most of all, DO NOT EVER ORDER A CUSTOM GARMENT! The owner will sell you "Italian Silk" but in the end it will be polyester. Not to mention WAY OVER PRICED! DO NOT SHOP HERE! And tell all your friends.

I am having a dress designed by Todd and Lenora. It is for "The Mother of The Groom." It is going to be one of a kind. I loved the professional consultation with the artist and designer. I felt so special and also appreciated for my input into making the dress. I cant wait to see the finished product. You will love this store. The clothes are all unique and you wont find them in any department store. The fabrics feel luscious, as your fingertips run over the materials. The colors are vibrant and you know you will be able to pair tops, jackets, and pants to create your own sexy self. Check it out!

Todd Albaum has that specific eye for fashion that is rare to find. His high quality taste is put to life upon entering his boutique and the way he pairs his knowledge of womens body types with fabrics and pieces he will be sure to make you feel good about yourself. My daughter and I had an incredible experience with Todd! Not only did he help me find the perfect wedding dress but he also helped my daughter find the perfect dress as my attendant! Since my daughter is younger he suggested we go across the street to find her dress and he went with us! Incredible service! We drove from Raleigh to meet with Todd and we will go back to him in the future. . .he has great suggestions and knowledge! What a great find!

BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely awful customer service. My 74 year old mother ordered 3 pieces for her 50th wedding anniversary back in Dec. totaling $647. 4 months later, and more broken promises than we can remember, she is still missing the last piece. Not only that but when I just got off the phone with "Linda" she had the audacity to tell me not to be rude! NEVER go here. My next stop is WCOS and Whistle Blower 9. Maybe theyll be able to get the blouse.

Scarlett Plus Size Boutique is my kind of boutique. They carry beautiful and trendy clothing for different occasions and also accessories great for plus size women. Their prices are reasonable. The owner and sales associate are very friendly and helpful. They do know how to dress well plus size women to look and feel wonderful. Everything went smoothly and pleasing at their boutique, I did not have any problems. I would recommend this boutique.

I have not done business with this company for at least 10 years and they persist in calling us without authorization. Apparently they do not think the Do Not Call list applies to them. Have opted out numerous times and my request is ignored. Inconsiderate! I would give them zero stars but I could not post unless I selected something.
