Hmmmm... The same liquor store that reasonably sold me a rare bottle of bourbon for only 3x its suggested retail price (I paid 500 for 750 ml of booze, yes, Im dumb) in 2014 now wants upwards of 2000 for the same bottle. And they want 600 for a 75 dollar bottle. I used this store for every party, every get together, every time I needed to bring a nice bottle of wine somewhere, in short, every time I needed to buy liquor. Their fairness inspired my loyalty. Their greed has inspired my decision to take my business to one of the hundreds of other liquor stores in the 10 mile radius around them. Now, not only will I never set foot in there again but I hope their nasty, greedy, price gouging manager trips while carrying those bottles up front on Friday and breaks all 7 of them that he wants to charge around 11 grand for. Its a liquor store, not the black market. But try telling them that.

I placed an order and the per bottle price I was quoted was that which was displayed on the shelf - so, fine - no special discount was given - none expected. When the order of 48 bottles arrived, a week later, I was told that the quoted price would not be honored even though it was still displayed on the shelf! The OWNER would not honor the quoted and advertised price. I left the order for "RO". She was unfair and disrespectful to me and to her staff. I will no longer patronize this store because of her!!

I have been shopping here for nearly 10 years. Best prices on Long Island. Also a very good selection of liquors, and if youre interested in something they dont have theyll consider stocking it. The only real shortcoming is the average (at best) wine selection that generally includes only low- and medium-priced vintages. But for liquor, by far the best around. The staff are helpful when 1) you treat them like human beings and 2) when you get to know them a little.

The store is nicely kept and has a wonderful selection. I have been patronizing it for years and have never encountered rude or unhelpful staff. When recently buying a case of wine, the owner took the time to find a $24 dollar rebate that I had NO IDEA about. My personal experience with this retailer is consistently positive - and I always tip the guys carrying anything to my truck.

I agree with the others, this place is convenient to me to get to, but that is where it all ends, the workers are rude and horrible. They dont offer a greeting nor even any help and act as tho you are inconveniencing them shopping there. Too bad, I dont go anymore.

Prices are relatively good. People not so friendly! A good go to store in the neighborhood though. But some really great liquor stores close by. Stu Leonards in Carle place is a good stop. Great selection, good prices, friendly advice.

Wheatley Hills is, and has always been, Long Islands greatest liquor and wine store. Best prices, greatest selection, and a very helpful and friendly staff. I could not recommend them more!

Wheatley Hills Wine and Spirits has a great selection. I dont mind going out of my way to shop there. They have excellent prices and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.
