Bought printer ink for my ho. Asked salesperson to look it up since I had not planned on going there and the clerk obliged told me what I needed and I bought the ink. Got home opened the package and put the cartridges in. They did not work and I brought the cartridges back with the sales slip. Their message machine states returns accepted within a month with receipt. I returned cartridges with The appropriate receipt. Cashier looked at me and said you have used these. I said yes I put them in the printer but they sales person gave me the wrong ink and she proceeded to tell me again that I had used them. One thing led to another because of her snarky behavior and the manager took the return and gave me the proper inj. When I complained about the clerk the manager said she didnt mean anything by that because they dont except returns opened ink cartridges. I Felt disrespected and accused of trying to pull one over on them by returning used cartridges. There was no apology just saying how nice the salesgirl was and how she wouldnt do anything to insult A customer. I am not going to shop in a store that doesnt acknowledge their mistake and defends a millennial who doesnt know how to treat a customer

STAPLES. THAT WAS HARD! NOT EASY. Went in for store pickup of an online order. Staff was functionally illiterate and kept asking about and getting wrong the information that was right on the written order. Manager Chuck was extremely rude and discourteous, could not have cared less that he could not or would not execute a confirmed and approved staples online order. Very unapologetic for the extreme inconvenience his cluelessness and Staples incompetence had caused me, cut me off when I expressed my concerns, without excusing himself, and would not even speak with me. I had to make a duplicate purchase right out of the store. Clerk then took forever to execute a simple purchase, with many errors before getting it right. No online pick up at all. Completely dysfunctional, illiterate, nasty, and rude staff. They view customers as the enemy to be dismissed and ignored, not as the people paying their salaries which we are. Never go here unless you are absolutely desperate. There are other options in the area.

Lately Ive been having very bad experiences with staples. They have changed their printing services a lot and their prices. With that said, going to the staples in Wappingers became my best experience with the company ever because of its management. The assistant manager there is incredible. She is courteous, she is efficient, and she cares about the customers and her job. Customer service is seriously lacking today, it is with all places which is a shame. Still the positivity, and courtesy that comes from this manager spreads to a better atmosphere and makes for better business... Well done Patricia.

purchased a piece of furniture and was told to call the store at 9am two days later for a delivery time. the first clerk had no idea what i was talking about. i then spoke to a rude assistant manager who told me it would be delivered "when the truck is in your area." i told her that wasnt part of the conditions under which i made my purchase. she was very abrupt and unapologetic that her sales person had lied.

very poor.. very poor.. very poor.. 20mins it take to print a file. plus they lost some lady order. one worker watch the other worker looking on the computer for a file some else printed. No Stars is my real rating. they employees are not trained well. There operating system very bad.
