Extremely overpriced to the point that its almost a good laugh. I dont understand who shops at this place. The high-end stuff is nice and not found in many other places in the area, but if you spent some time on the internet, you could probably save yourself a small fortube. Products without four figure price tags like pendant lamps or table lamps are marked up 200 to 1000%. For pendant lamps, some of the exact same sets are at local hardware stores for $40 vs. $300 at EJ.

Customer support 0!!! Stuff that work at EJ did even ask me if I need help. When I came and asked if somebody can help , older gentleman that works there replied " we are very busy dont you see? I will help you when I can!" I was in shock! Shame!!! Need to add very unfriendly service and overpriced light fixtures. Better search online will find better price , or go to local hardware store. Never going back to EJ

Wide selection which makes it a one stop shop for lighting needs. But the customer service is terrible! It took over 2 months for my order to be completed. I had to call them to see when stuff came in because it was too hard for them to call me. I had to argue with one of the owners over a bill because they were charging me too much. Save your money and time and shop somewhere else.
