Yesterday afternoon I bought a watch from the store and, since I had to rush to my class, didnt try it on in the store appropriately. I tried it on later and did not like it. Today I went to the store just to ask if there are any possibilities to return it or exchange it. A lady at the register (Karen or Carol) was very rude saying that I probably replaced the watch and brought them another one. It was very humiliating; there were other people in the store and I felt embarrassed in front of them. The lady even didnt apologize. I am a foreign student at Syracuse University and, she probably realized it from my accent and thought any kinds of treatment work for me. So, if you speak English with an accent just dont go there.

This place always has the best second hand clothing for students. You can spend hours looking in any other salvation army store and only find one good thing but only a few minutes here and you can find great clothes or shoes. Also, if you bring a bag of clothes to donate you get a free coffee from Cafe Kubal next door!
