Extremely unorganized to the point where its almost impossible to find the things you need. Not to mention the managment there is very poor. There were 3 lines open with very long lines, so I walked to the shortest and the girl told me she was closed. So they saw the rush coming in, yet she still felt justified to take her break or clock out. Normally places would open a new register, but not here! They see a line and shut one down! Makes a lot of sense. Needless to say I left my cart right there in the line and got Chinese food. Ill just have to go to my regular supermarket tonight instead.

Has many varieties of items. Store needs to be upgraded... Old refrigerators need to be replaced. Meat dept. Needs to be colder than it is. The meats and other specialty foods need to be covered They run out of sale items quickly. If sale items are moved to another location on display..there should be a sign telling you where it is. Deli meats need to be in a closed refrigerated area. I have bought ham twice and it gets slimey within 2 days. For dry goods Food Universe is okay.

This is a Korean market which doesnt act like one. If you want an Asian dedicated market go to Chinatown in other Borough or go to the one next to the new DMV in Staten Island. This store seems to be confused between Spanish, American, Asian mix. Clean. Lots of parking space. Employees are not very knowledgeable about the location of things. Wheelchair accessible doors.

Good store that carries a variety of options. What I especially like about this supermarket and not the others that used to be here is they carry a lot of Spanish food/seasonings/products. Layout of the store feels a bit clumsy, but they recently opened so hopefully they learn.

They dont have a Bakery and they need better Management.. Other than that its a great place to bye Seafood. They have exotic fish and other seafood there that you may only find in China Town in the City at a pretty decent price..

I am vegan. Its difficult to find local food markets that cater to vegans or vegetarians. I find that the place isnt the best at keeping the place clean and organized. The prices are a little on the pricey side.

Happy to have grocery store back in this area. The layout of the market is a tad unorganized in the meat fresh/frozen sections. Im sure this will get more orderly as time goes on. Staff is nice.
