I came in because i needed a few things for home and this was close to where i was at the moment. The store is small, and a bit run down, the cashier seemed to have an attitude with answering my questions, I wanted delivery which I thought would be a store van that would take my groceries home that moment like the other two grocery stores in the neighborhood. I was told to fill out my address and than id have my groceries delivered, when asked how long before my groceries would be delivered I was not given a direct answer. Their delivery consits of you buying your groceries and them sitting in a wagon for a few hours until the delivery guy gets there, so yea have my raw meat sitting out until whenever the guy gets there to drop them off, ill pass.

The staff and management is very unfriendly and the return policy is not existence. I bought a coconut in this store and when I got home and opened the coconut, it was rotten on the inside. I took the coconut back to store for an exchange. I cashier refused to do the exchange and when to asked for the manager, the manager also refused to do the exchange saying once I bought it its mind. The staff took no responsibility for selling spoil products. With such an attitude towards customer service and selling of spoil products within the store, I will not be shopping there any more. I encourage others to do the same.

They have a verity of ethnic meats and products cashiers are smiley and nice but the two stars are because of the Asian manager who is an extremely rude person. We had bought 2 pounds of sliced turkey and right at the car we smelled it and it stunk. Since we hadnt left yet we went right back in, the cashier referred the problem to the manager and he completely denied our claim and that it looks fine to him. We wanted to return the turkey because it was gross and he was so mad at us and we even cursing at us in a different language. He literally has a movie vilain attitude about and I can tell that he is racist too

Id never even heard of Farm Boy Country Market until Bank of America called me regarding a fraudulent charge of $242.24 made against my business debit card... which never leaves my desk, here in Baltimore, Maryland! Go figure. Not their fault, but just amazed at how a desk bound debit card gets used at all, never mind all the way up in New York... never mind a place called Ozone Park NY! Oooops... to publish this I have to assign a star... or two... or three... but it wasnt their fault.... Ill go w/ 3 just to stay middle of the road.

Im desapointed with this farm boy supermarket, they close really early I was there at 7pm and was closed already, than I was there 1 week ago to get hass Avocado (mexican Avocado, is how my friends call it), so they didnt have right ones so I took the green ones, you wont belive that the little Avocado still green, Im even thinking that is a plastic one. Well Ill wait a little more but Im really mad, and it was to expensive. Ill keep you posted on this one. Thanks for reading

This store was much better years back..now everything seems to be over priced... especially the meats. The vegetables are not as fresh as they use to be as well. They sometimes will try to sell expired items...so check the dates on items you purchase. Overall, its ok to pick up small items etc, but I would never consider doing a major grocery shopping haul there.

Ugh you cant expect much in this neglected/decaying part of Queens. Back in the 90s this place was more open and all of the sections were easily acessible. Now you have to go through this one way nonsense once you enter ,follow a straight path, and collect your goods on the way. Lame! P.S the entire staff is extremely annoying

I just go there for staple items. I find that some of the prices are to high. When stuff goes on sale, its only one selection Instead of the whole line of that selection. Cashiers are good and they work fast. Given the size of the place I wished they had a wider selection of items.

Fresh produce, lots of parking, a wide variety of merchandise. Needs more staff to assist with locating products especially if its your first time. The seafood place was okay. Staff needs a little more customer etiquette.
