A wonderful market. I visited Thyme while vacationing in the Queens area, and it proved to be my go-to for food. There, I found a pleasing selection of fresh organic foods and drinks, plus quality supplements and other healthy goodies -- certainly not your average NYC bodega, this place. Likewise, the staff I interacted with were friendly, courteous, and professional; when my cashier once neglected to bag an avocado Id bought, all I had to do was call back, and my missing avocado was gladly returned, without issue (and with a smile, even). I had no issues with Thyme Market, and returned several times during my stay (and, if ever in Queens again, Id likely go back again). All in all, excellent! My sincere thanks goes out to all associated with this business. I am grateful for, and have benefited from, your work and service. Keep it up, friends!

Despite their steep prices, I would regularly shop at this store. One day, I went in the store to purchase some food items. I came across a turmeric healing balm. The price on the jar read $15.99. It was a very tiny bottle but I had just had a C-section and was looking for anything to help with scar tissue pain that I was having. Anyway, I went up to the counter to pay for my stuff and the cashier scanned the balm but it was coming up at $21.95. He called over the owner of the store and told him what was going on. The owner said in a nasty voice, "If it scans as $21.95 then that is what the price is". He didnt even acknowledge THEIR mistake. He made it seem more like I changed the price tag myself. No apology, nothing. Ive never been back to that stupid store since

Very disappointed: They open and close when they feel like it without any advanced notice, so any benefit from the convenience of having a health food store in town is negated if you happen to show up when they decide to take a few hours or a day off. The prices are higher than other health food stores and the service falls short if you are looking for a place that caters to its customers.

This is the greatest organic cafe and market in Kew Gardens!! All of the food is exquisite and made with love. I like to come here every day (not exaggerating!!) on my lunch break. The staff is personable, knowledgeable. The owner is a fantastic human being!! If you are in Kew Gardens for any reason, stop in to Thyme Natural Market! You wont be disappointed!!

I like going to thyme natural cafe mainly for their fresh fruit bar and soups. they make wonderful organic cook food also which i have try some and its good and hearty. I do enjoy the staffs there who are always welcome questions or assistance from us. this is a rather small store thou so dont expect all organic item to show up on the shelves.

Delicious homemade hearty soups, with fresh ingredients! The people are so friendly, welcoming, and personable. Also reasonable prices! What more can you ask for... p.s. their menu contains more than soup... they have all kinds of organic goodies... so stop by.

This place is great! Im glad to see that Kew Gardens still has an organic market to call our own. They have a new soup everyday and offer lots of vegan and gluten free items in the deli case. Great people too!

This place is perfect for vegans. They have vegan options, make vegan treats and have vegan products. The staff are oh so friendly and helpful. Happy to live right down the street.

Amazing, delicious, healthy soups!!! I tried the zucchini bisque, lentil and Thai red lentil this week and they were all great. Highly recommend stopping by for a soup.
