My old IPhone 6 64GB was damaged beyond repair. I paid the balance of the lease. I was told I had to go to another store for a 64gb phone but they had a 16gb in stock. I told them I had apps and pics and they said it wont be any problem to use the 16gb phone. Well the system keeps telling me I dont have space. I need to delete apps. I need to delete pics. I cant update the phone because there isnt enough space. And I cant upgrade for another 6 months because I need to use this one for 12 months before Im eligible. So Im stuck with a phone without enough space. Also, they dont honor store hours. Many times I was waiting at the door for them to open. Other customers waiting say the same thing. Go to the store across the street in Radio Shack for proper service.
