After reading the previous reviews I realized that YELP should probably allow for a distinction between the pharmacy and the convenience store, because, honestly, they are essentially two different entities. The pharmacy staff is 100% top grade! Theyve kept me from poisoning myself on more than one occasion . Their customer service is excellent. The waiting area is damn, near spotless - and comfortable! Theres almost never a wait. Theres also a drive-thru. 5 stars!!! The convenience store is a different animal altogether. Much of the staff here is competent and friendly, but every once in a while youll witness the catch-22 of the minimum wage argument. "Sorry, the computer wont let me."-"Okay, but this is what the ad says."-"Yeah, but the computer wont let me..." and why is it so difficult for them to call for backup? In what world does someone want to face an long, angry line of delusional alcoholics and drug addcts on the regular? The selection here is great, including grocery. One could literally throw a memorable cocktail party with decorations and goodie bags without breaking the bank. Theres plenty of parking and an ATM - open 24hrs.

Okay, ive had good experience at this rite aid till tonight (july 13th ~1am). One of the cashiers is awesome and the tall guy that does security at nights is a chill dude. Ive been to this location so many times but in this instance, i was paying in coins. (Not pennies, still legal tender even if they were pennies.) i counted all the coins for this cashier and she gave me attitude the whollle time... I understand jobs are stressful and someone ran out and stole something during our visit. I have honestly never had a bad experience till tonight. I was already sorry i was paying with coins. I purchased six 25 oz beers and asked for a second bag. She said, "were running low" Can someone please help this rite aid out and give them some more bags!

Poignant example of why self-righteous pharm techs with moral superiority complexes should be replaced by mechanical pill dispensaries. I feed in the slip of paper that my DOCTOR (you know, that guy with all the letters after his name who provides me with medical care) signed, and machine feeds me my drugs. Oh wait, isnt that what pharmacists are supposed to do? Get out of my business and get back to counting pills. Thanks. TIP: Avoid blonde bimbo working night shift. She will attempt to exert her non-existent power over you and your medication.

Ive never had such a horrible experience at a pharmacy before. First my doctor called in the prescription and when I went to pick it up they said they had no record of it. Then when my doctor called in the prescription AGAIN they asked for my information. Then they put me on hold for 15 minutes and then a different person answered and asked for the same information AGAIN. I asked to speak to the person I had been talking to and they had no idea who I had been talking to. Ill be sticking with CVS from now on.

OK so I want to start by saying I normally never review a place now being a single mother and needing convenience and decent pricing I went here thinking that everything was going to be OK maybe a slightly higher price however... a package of wipes that normally cost $1.99 is now $4.99 and diapers that are normally $8.99 are now $12.99 LOL talk about hiking up the price for convenience never again will I go to a convenience store.... theyre not too convenient

Asked the pharmacist about the Zostavox vaccine to prevent shingles. He called our home to inform us a clinic will be offered. I went in for a refill pickup and the pharmacist Dan informed me of the clinic on April 25 and made an appointment to give us our shots after we gave him our scripts. Fantastic service !! The store serves a wide spectrum of patients. IMm glad they are there

Seems lately all big chains arent what you want in a drug store. Rite Aid seems to mess up about 70 percent of the time. The have given me expired meds,learned my lesson there ( dont ever completely trust any pharmacist ), to trying to hand me someone elses meds. It was a heavy duty psychological meds. Impotence abounds should be following the name "Rite Aid ".

I called and asked for a turkey baster, lady picked up and said they had them. I drove to the store and asked where the turkey basters were, was told which aisle, then went to the aisle and of course no turkey basters. Awesome...

Clerks a Rite Aid Have a habit of tossing your shopping basket at your feet putting you at risk of a falling over it.So whats with basic store safety for employees and more to the point The Customers ?!!

Racial profiling to the max. The staff is uneducated and the fat should be trimmed. Had ruined my experience with rite aid completely. I will start going to a different pharmacy for all of my needs

The staff here puts up with a lot and theyre always friendly to me. Very helpful and on Thanksgiving the checkout woman even helped me figure out how to make my pumpkin cake!
