The staff ruined my birthday. The only person with any manners tonight was the woman with short blond hair who greeted me in a friendly way as I came in. I was obviously not sure where to find what I was looking for and walked around for several minutes before I found it, with nobody offering to help. I bought several boxes of wine for Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow, and accidentally dropped one. It hit the floor with minimal impact speed and was totally fine. A middle aged male member of the staff was openly glaring at me and audibly scoffed when I dropped the box. I injured my hand trying to catch it and again nobody offered to help me. I quickly went up to cash out and as I approached the register (with my drivers license and premier card in my hand), the first thing the cashier said to me was "Do you have ID?" in an abrupt, unfriendly way. I turned 32 years old today, so theres no way they thought I was some kid. I also came from my work, where we have a strict business dress code, so I wasnt dressed like someone who was there to start trouble. I do not understand the treatment, and do not think I will be comfortable going back to that location. This is after being a regular customer of Premier for 10 years. Very disappointing.

Poor customer service. Had 2 bottles of Firefly Ridge Pinot Noir that were improperly bottled - the wine was fizzy and tasted like vinegar. We had taken the wine to a party and it was embarrassing. When I tried to get a refund could only get it if I returned both bottles. It was already embarrassing to give a bad bottle of wine - now I was supposed to ask for the bottle back? Was told I could only get refund for the one bottle I had in my possession. I was surprised by the poor customer service as I shop here often and have never had an issue. Will probably shop elsewhere from now on.

I ordered wine from this company and subsequently had to call and add on some things. I was in a bit of a panic because the wines were for my wedding a month away and they were being shipped to Colorado. The customer service I experienced was EXCELLENT and the bottles arrived in perfect condition. It was a pleasure doing business with them!

My husband and I love this place! It has a wide variety of wines and spirits. Depending on what you buy, the prices are good. You can get a Free Members Card to use to get special storewide sales. Its a great store.

This place is huge and has everything. The prices can be a little high. The cashiers are sometimes not friendly. How hard is it to say "Thank you" ???
