Im not going back to this location again. Yesterday I was replacing my car battery at Autozone because I know they do free installations. Upon completing the purchase the man at the counter says that they are too understaffed to install my battery - which it didnt look like they were and the store was mostly empty - , but said I could pay the guy outside in a hat $15 to install my battery. This is rediculous, so I call the Autozone location in Falls Church to make sure that they do in fact install batteries bought at Autozone for free. I drove to that location and within about 10 minutes they were able to install my battery which took about 5 minutes to complete. I dont normally write reviews but purchasing my car battery from the Mt. Vernon Autozone location was very disappointing.

This store needs sales and customer service training for all there employees, they have no customer service experience they ignored me completely I felt discriminated, my experience in sales and customer service goes beyond 30 years. Get your act together and order to succeed.

In disrepair. The store doesnt seem to have its inventory in the right places; lots of items thrown around. The cashier was nice but there was only one register open and plenty of employees standing around doing nothing.

great location with lots of parking, and very helpful staff, you can also find mechanics in the parking lot if you have an emergency.
