Most of the employees there are friendly. I met one girl when I was with my grandma and my cousin that me and my cousin personally disliked. We were going to get GTA V for the Xbox one my grandma was getting for both of us (one each) and the girl was saying it was a terrible game. She was exaggerating about the amount of nudity and stuff it had. I looked at my cousin and said "dude I had this for my 360" and then after hearing everything the girl said my grandma said "ok were not getting it". On another occasion just recently a man gave us false information. I asked when the bo3 beta was coming out and he said the 24th of August. But, when I called a different GameStop they said the 26th of August. Overall I lied it, just not those two incidents.

John is the man. Hes passionate about what he does, and his earnest desire to help every individual who walks through those doors is admirable. Ive been in sales for a long time, and I can say that I dont care for most people behind the desk, but Id put my confidence in this guy, and this store. I live in Queens now, but if I need to pick up a hot new title or throw down a reserve, Id do it when Im back on the island, and speak to John about it first. Hes my new game guy.

I purchased i used copy of GTA 5 here a few months ago with some other games. When i tried to play the game; the disk was scratched and could not be read. By this time i had no receipt or record of the transaction. This is now the third time Ive been sold a video game disk that does not work by a gamestop. I will Not Shopping at Gamestop again.
