DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! I placed an order for delivery on Valentines Day to surprise my mother. Now yes I understand its their busiest day but not only was her office less than 10 min. away but the order was for their signature box of chocolates, a plush bear and a balloon, something very simple compared to their actual edible arrangements. I tried calling the store all day to make sure they received the order I placed online. At least 15+ times throughout the entire day it was a busy signal immediately as if they unplugged their phone or something. I had to contact customer service twice and they even sent a message to the store to contact me and still nothing. In the end my order was never delivered to my mother. Instead I woke up the next morning to an email saying my order was cancelled with no explanation what so ever. I strongly advise never ordering from this store if you want your order to be delivered.

I received a basket from here as a gift. Was a Hello Kitty arrangement but they were out of Hello Kitty vases so they called and ask me would i like another character or plain vase. I chose plain and kept the Hello Kitty set up :) . I loved the arrangement and fresh sweet juicy fruit even though the delivery guy was late, I couldnt get anyone on the phone and almost panicked. He arrived a hour and a half after i received the email that my item was delivered. He did apologize and say they were backed up and trying to get all the orders out. Mind you the store was close and they were trying to get the special occasion deliveries out as fast as they could , As many as they can. I appreciated him explaining and the basket looked and tasted great.

NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a fruit bouquet for my mom for Valentines Day, and it never arrived and I couldnt get anyone on the phone. I called the next day to inquire what happened, and was told any orders after 7pm the day before Valentines Day were not filled. I was not told that the order would not be filled or i couldve at least sent flowers. Instead, they processed my $107 payment and my Mom got NOTHING. Very unprofessional, bad business. Never again!
