Was unable to find many books I was looking for. The staff were more concerned with talking on their cell phones than helping. If you were waiting for someone to come over and ask if you need any help, I hope you are not holding your breath or expect to have some help as that would not happen. The store did not appear to have a great selection of books based on reviewing the racks. Colonie Center in Albany is by far better.

I have never had any issues always call me when my books are in! And if they dont have it they will order it! I think they have amazing workers and never seen any of them on there phones! Keep up the good work

For a "big box" "chain" it is pretty great! The cafe inside is nice, the childrens section is super, and they have bargain books as well as toys, games, and tables to read/work at. Free wi-fi, too.

Great selection of books, music and magazines. The Staff is friendly and helpful. The cafe and reading areas are excellent places to relax, read and study.
