I am writing this because I do not want another person to be treated like this again! My Father and his Wife went to this Starbucks in Islandia and the Woman Manager was insulting my Fathers Wife and making her feel belittled. She was making cat noises (Meowing) at her because she is Chinese. We are very horrified that in this day and age that someone could be so racist!! It is very offensive and discriminating. My Father goes to this Starbucks for his morning coffee, he does not the name of the woman or any of the employees nor does he want to know them now that this happened! This is outrageous that this took place in a place of business! You have lost a loyal customer.

Clean and pretty establishment but my frap was basically flavored chunks of ice because they didnt blend it long enough or just didnt make it right. The ice just kept on getting stuck in the straw and it made it taste weird. I get it if you are in a rush but you should never substitute quality for time, even in your busiest hours

The morning shift is the best, they always make the perfect drinks, and have never gotten my order wrong. As well as being very fast at fulfilling the orders, I have never waited more than a few seconds after paying at drive thru to receive my order in its entirety.

The baristas here are always Pleasant and they know my order and they always make it with a smile. They start my day off before work right everyday and I truly appreciate it. I wont go to any other Starbucks!

Like every other Starbucks, but with a drive thru, which you dont see in NYC locally. They were quick and got my order right. Not much else to add that they do exceptionally or bad, but they do it well.

The newer Starbucks in the area and has quickly become a favorite. They always have a decent selection on food and are quick service in store and drive thru.

Open earlier than all the other Starbucks in the area plus a drive-through, which comes in really handy for caffeinating with sleeping toddlers in the car
