On Friday Feb. 12th at 1230pm, I decided to send my wife flowers for Valentines Day which was Sunday. Since I know my wife likes to get flowers at work, it also gets me points with her co-workers, I had until 2:30pm to get them to her school where she works. I called the closest flower shop to her job and it was Heavenly Flowers of Freeport. I believe I spoke to Christina who promised me my wife would get the flowers before 2:30pm. I placed an order for 3 dozen red roses and crossed my fingers she would get them. Well I worried for no good reason. Not only did Christina have them delivered at 2:15pm, she delivered them herself. To make this story even better when I called the school and spoke to the secretary, she told me not only were they delivered but they were the prettiest arrangement of flowers that they ever saw in the office. When my wife got to the office, she called me with tears of joy in her voice. She loved, loved the flowers. When she brought them home she was still in tears and was so very impressed with the arrangement and the quality of roses. The photo I post was just taken, almost one week later and they still look stunning. If you ever need flowers on Long Island you should call Heavenly Flowers[also known as JC Flowers on some web-sites]. REMEMBER, it is a franchise so make sure you call the correct Heavenly Flowers on Merrick Rd in Freeport. Ask for Christina since she did wonderful for myself and my wife. Thank you so much.

Pros: It was delivered early in the day, which I appreciated, and was also a larger arrangement than I expected, which was nice. Cons: several blooms were drooping or wilting, and the blue hydrangeas actually werent the natural blue they they can come in, but white ones spray-painted blue. You could see the paint build-up on some blossoms and could smell it a little too. It wasnt a strong or offensive smell and you had to lean in, but it was definitely a flowers+paint scent going on. Its a pretty and well arranged bouquet, but a little disappointing for the price I paid to get a wilting and spray-painted bouquet. Not sure Id use again. I also ordered online. If youre going to give them a try, definitely speak to an employee instead of what I did, and Id advise to try them out at a non-busy or non-holiday time of year.

First let me say I am extremely particular and my expectations from any business or vendor with whom I spend my money is to be treated supremely. From the very first time that I randomly walked into her shop the owner was genuinely receptive, happy and accomodating! Even though she was in the middle of preparing a HUGE order for a wedding she didnt make me feel ignored, rushed or like I was bothersome. I really appreciated that. She nicely asked me to make an appointment so she could better assist me, which I did and she even stayed open later that day to assist me. Needless to say her offered options were plentiful and her arrangements were STUNNING! HEAVENLY FLOWERS TOO

Ive been purchasing flowers from this florist for over 10 years and the quality that I get from this shop you just cant compare with any other place. Its sad to read that Negative Review because its OBVIOUS it was not a customer that posted this review. So sad when another shop has to lower their standards to bad mouth another. The service and the quality of the products that they offer is outstanding. I will continue to do business and continue to refer customers to this shop because they are the best of the best in town and the best part is that if you go to their shop and they dont have a product they recommend you to the other local shops. Thats a real business person.

My first experience was trying place an order via phone for valentines....impossible. They do not keep the hours they advertise and the staff is either extremely inexperienced or just doesnt care. I did not feel comfortable giving my credit card info. Then i got a delivery that was just horrible.Flowers dead in one-two days. Skimpy (even by todays standards). I had no control over the choice of florists for the delivery but....I will stick with the town favored florist--Duryeas.

This florist, that also goes by the name of JC Flowers in Freeport, NY, was supposed to deliver my aunt a birthday arrangement on December 24, 2015. Instead, they delivered the surprise gift on December 2, 2015... twenty days too early and ruined my birthday surprise! How could you possibly make that mistake? The card that they delivered with the arrangement even had the correct delivery date on it! This was sheer incompetence! They ruined my birthday surprise for my aunt!

-5 STARS, I am gonna keep this short, and nothing sweet. Unfortunately, our valentines day was ruined because the flowers were not delivered until after 9 pm, and they originally called the receiver not getting the gift at all, wanted to cancel the surprise which I made for my family. Definitely hands down the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. She actually cursed me over the phone, super surprised that they would do this to us, and not feel bad for it!

I ordered flowers from this flowershop for my mothers birthday, being that it was highly recommended by a friend. I must say the owner is very polite and overall very friendly. I placed the order the day before and it arrived the next day, at the time the delivery was promised to arrive. The flowers were beautiful and my mother was very happy with them. I will definitely be ordering from this shop again!

Customer service was wonderful! I stepped into the shop to order flowers for my daughters birthday party. I needed several pieces for the tables, the owner showed me a few examples and was very informative. She delivered the flowers the day of the event before the guests arrived.
