Talk to the son because the dad isnt very nice. (UPDATE BELOW) I bought a water bong from this place 3 weeks ago. It worked great for 2 days then I went back to college. After trying it with my friends, the perk started to clog up so bad that it wouldnt pull at all. It was a defective perk. I called the place the next day and the father answered. I explained to him that I was away at college and I wouldnt be able to get there for another couple weeks but I needed to return the defective water bong. He said ok no problem, bring it in when you get back. I brought it in today (3 weeks later) and he gave me a hard time at first (I guess he didnt remember my phone call) but eventually he let in (I had to raise my voice) and allowed me to get one of the same value. The entire time I was over by the glass case he gave me an attitude and kept reminding me not to wait 3 weeks next time (after I explained to him multiple times that I was away at college... Never did he once apologize about making me drive 3 hours back home just to return this thing) In the end, its a good place with good quality products. Though, the customer service could use some work! UPDATE: I wrote a review in February about this place. I take back all the positive things I said. I am never going to purchase anything from this store again and I will tell you why.... Referring to my last review, I purchased a water bong here and it was defective. I went back, returned it, got a new one, and I was happy. Until I tried the new one and it is ALSO DEFECTIVE. Two different products, both defective. I went back again to return it and, of course, the father was there without the son (i learned the fathers name is Gary). I spoke with Gary and right off the bat he started raising his voice and gave me an extremely rude attitude. He was yelling at me about this being the second time and that he will not take it back until he talks to the supplier (who I later learned is actually just a peddler). The fact that he was yelling at me about it being the second time really ticked me off (as im sure it would you, too) because its not my fault the product doesnt work, ITS YOURS! They refused to let me swap it out with another one. I even asked for the "suppliers" name and number just so I could cut out he middle man and they refused. I would NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS STORE because of this terrible service. Even after I have spent hundreds of dollars, they still do not give a rats ass about their customers.

This smoke shop is excellent. It boasts a huge walk-in humiditor where their even larger selection of premium brand cigars are kept fresh. The prices are better than the other cigar shops in the area. Plus, Its located conveniently on Jericho.
