Customer service sucks & the cashier was rude. Denied me a product & tried to make everyone i was standing with show I.D for a tobacco product when only one person asked for it, she then proceeded to call someone over to make all of us show I.D and when two of the people i was with tried to walk off she said to the other person she called over that we were "running off". I personally think that she wanted all of us to show I.D because of our race... Someone else then asked for a tobacco product & she gave it to them with no problem , highly disappointed.

Im not sure what to expect, given that it is Walmart after all, but patrons tend to leave unwanted items all over the store (e.g. I once found a gallon of milk in the officr supplies section...), there are never enough cashiers - and those who are working are never too competent - and there are carts left all over the lot. That said...they are open at all hours if you need something. I try to do shopping elsewhere whenever I can, though.

Employees need to tell bratty f!@#$%^ college students to get out of the electric carts unless they legitimately are in need of walking assistance. Employees dont care if any package out of the entire shipment stays the shape it is supposed to be (crushed boxes, cans, crushed chips, deformed contents) but its a corporate store, whats new?

For a walmart this one is ok. Decent selection of new tech which is nice. Really its only fault is its still a walmart, which is synonymous with lack of help and 30 registers but only 4 cashiers. Oh and some of the employees really need to improve their personal hygiene.

No night time customer service. Day time customer service is barely ever there. It took 8 hours to have customer service actually tend to the issue and exchange one product which an extended protection plan was purchased for.

It is fantastical from our experience.... Although an elderly lady leaving told me, " they were horrible people in there"... whatever treatment she recieved to feel that way should not have occurred.

Dirty floors, dirty parking lot, common items too often out of inventory, Cortlands funky NYC transplanted welfare crowd abound here - its just a bad shopping experience. Worse WalMart I can think of.

Team here clearly works very hard to keep the store in order. Store is clean and well-stocked. The mini-stores inside - a mobile phone store, NBT bank branch, hair stylist - are very convenient.

It isnt the best Walmart ever but I cant think of anything bad about it either. You can find staff if you need them. Lines are pretty manageable, good sized grocery selection. Plenty of parking.

Typically has everything youre looking for. Staff is normally fairly knowledgeable and helpful in regards to things such as warranties and rainchecks. Where I do a good deal of shopping.
