This florist offers beautiful flower arrangements! I just purchased an order yesterday with them. At first I was nervous about my order because I am living overseas right now and had to make the order online. Then on top of it misspelled a word on the message card and could only communicate this via email. Everything ended up being fine, the message error on card was corrected and the flowers were delivered shortly after. The customer service I received was great and super fast. Betsy is great! Yesterday was my daughter-in-laws birthday. She has been sick and the un Spring like weather was not helping. I wanted to send her something that made it smell and look a little like Spring. She sent me a picture and they were beautiful. The flowers did exactly what I was hoping they would..raise her spirits. I have sent Christmas flowers through Merritt and have not been disappointed. I live in upstate New York and its nice to know theres a reliable local florist I can count on. Thank you! ( Mother-in-law)

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered for my friends birthday and they werent delivered, and no attempt to contact me was made to let me know that they couldnt or didnt deliver. I had to finally ask my friend if she got them, ruining the surprise. I wont use them again, no matter how nice they are
