Typical supermarket, sale prices are good, but your regular staple item prices are not. They do have a large, on site bakery that makes great cakes to order, as well as decent fresh bagels.

I used to work here. They have great high quality food products. I havent found another supermarket with food as good as Price Choppers. I love this place!
