I was given a DNA Footwear gift card which I tried to use on their site. They dont accept their own gift cards on their OWN website. You can only use the gift card in person in the store. Knowing that they sold fake Uggs to someone in my neighborhood, I wanted to buy sneakers with my card. I ordered items from their site to be sent to the store near me so that I could use my gift card in person to purchase them. This is a totally inconvenient and backwards way to shop online. I ordered the items to the store and 2 weeks later I went to pick them up when I had time to, only to find that they SOLD my items that were on hold. They refuse to give me a refund for the gift card and told me that I could have my items sent to the store again with 1 day to pick them up, or I could go to another location, even though I dont live near any of the other locations. I will NEVER shop here and will tell everyone I know about the horrible customer service!

Hi, I called DNA Footwear on 86th street in Brooklyn looking for a particular Hunter Rain Boot. The person who answered the phone (Moe) was so helpful. They didnt have the boot in my size, however he told me to call back after 6pm and he will be able to check the new shipment. When I called, he was able to locate one in my size. He was so polite and professinal. When I arrived to the store Moe was just as pleasant in person. He was taking care of the new shipments, so Deanna helped me. She is such a charm. Deanna knows all of the products; she is very professional and courteous. Everyone in the store was so cool. I will definitely recommend this store and I will be back. As a matter of fact, I am on my way there today to buy a new pair of Uggs. Thank you for such a great shopping expereince. See you soon.

So... Ive been here before. Pretty much as soon as you walk in, the girls here rush to help you. But, only when the manager is here. Thats what Ive seen. Now on a different day, like today I walk in. One girl is fixing her hair in the mirror, the other well simoly doing nothing standing with her arms crossed. I said Excuse me a couple of times and nothing. At this point, annoyed I left with no purchase. Pretty great service. Thanks DNA.
