Had to update review, still a good place to shoot and practice, but the "expert" they have on staff has the attitude of "Im right, and know better than you". While he may be right or better the method of how he comes across is VERY off putting. Almost seems he wants to assert himself then dig in his heels. Had to knock a star off review because of this. Also some of the staff members have NO identifying ID when they come up to you in the range, if you dont know they work there you would thing they are just another customer. I will still go back to practice, but will be more aware there may be some "strong" personalities there. -- previous review -- Staff are knowledgeable. Great place to shoot. Good prices

Just as Paul Mccullouch said. My experience was. Asking a question about a particular rifle. The guy stops mid sentence and asks another guy if he was there for the shooting range. Totally catered to that gentleman. Forgot about my question. He then went to help a guy with a issue with his firearm. Then started bashing the guy about the brand of firearm he was using.. drove over 2 hours to see the place. Really wanted to buy that rifle that I was looking at. There loss not mine.

Excellent Staff, and very fun place to shoot, I feel very safe there, and they are always on top of what is going on in the range, when you are new to the hobby they do not make you feel uncomfortable with any questions you have, and Tyler and the other guys went out of there way to help me build my rifle, made suggestions as we went along. I highly recommend to anyone new or experienced in the hobby to visit this place!

I went out and bought a rifle and shotgun a couple of months ago I heard about the firing pin so I decided to go and check them out I had questions about both the rifle and shotgun and all questions were answered by the very friendly staff at the firing pin now its my number one spot to go target practice I have no need to go elsewhere if I could give them 10 Stars I would but here is 5 thank you all at the firing pin

The staff that I came in contact with were all super positive and eager to answer any questions I had. The indoor range was clean and well kept. Tried to get in touch with the "other" shooting range. They cant even be bothered to take phone calls. I called the Firing Pin, they were great, both on the phone and in person. I am a new gun owner. James, who works there, took the time to give me some pointers and help me feel much more comfortable with my firearm and the whole shooting range experience. I would highly recommend this range.

Great local gun shop with a public range for shooting. 25yd indoor range for rifle and pistol, rental firearms available. GREAT employees, Owners are great to work with and extremely willing to answer any questions you may have. Cant say enough great things about this place...stop in and see what Im talking about, you wont be let down!!

Awesome place to go shoot. The range prices are a little high, but for a public indoor range it is worth it. I bought my first gun from them, and will continue to buy from them because they are friendly, knowledgeable and fair. A must visit for any first time gun buyer
