Exceptional selection and friendly staff are helpful, in addition to its orderliness and cleanliness . I witnessed a sales associate turn away a young customer because he did not have the proper identification to purchase an adult product. On the down side during early hours, I experienced an unusual long wait at the cash register with no clerk nearby it. The occurrence happened at least twice where as I almost missed the transit bus by waiting well over five minutes. The store manager have to fix this sort of customer irritation.
