I had a big cheating experience in south plainfield biglots.I purchased one day time bed, 2 matresses with differnt sizes and one tea table set. When I saw the bed there was a big damage and they sent same size mattress. I called store. That store manage was so adamant and said I have to arrange my own transportation to bring in. I paid $200 for my items delivery and in return I have to pay again. I approached big lots head office. Those people are even more worst. Whenever I send any email someone will respond that they are in contact with district manager. It was more than one month but mo one responded. I strongly recommend please please please do not buy any furniture from this store.

Absolutely love this store. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Never had any problems in this store and the furniture is great. They have amazing quality furniture for incredible prices. And the furniture manager is always so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend buying furniture at this store and anything else you may need.

Customer service is not great. Prices are ok. You can fine a few things that you could not fine in the regular grocery store.
