I got a tattoo done at Broadway Tattoo Lounge about 4 months ago. My tattoo artist was Javier. He did a great job. Im was very pleased with his work. But when I went to get my second tattoo by them. They were just beating around the bush. I tried to set up an appointment a week ago. Javier told me it was his day off, to get back at him. So, I ask him to set me up an appointment for this week. He told me to come in at 7pm on Monday night. When the day came, I was just told to call back. I called back and he told me that he couldnt take care of me because he was working on someone else. When he asked someone else if they wanted to do my simple tattoo, which will probably take less than an hour, they told him, no, that they couldnt do it. They told me they will call me bcak. Im still waiting for a call back... This is very disappointing. Im getting my time wasted when I could had gone somewhere else. Thank you for wasting my time, Broadway Tattoo Lounge. Im giving you 2 stars because I was pleased with your first work. But I wont be coming back here because your customer service sucks ✌

Got my nose pierced here for the first time in late June/early July by Shawn and let me just say this: he is the best! Very friendly, professional, well spoken, and informative on how to properly take care of your piercings by telling you what soap to use to clean it and keep it from getting dirty. This place is very clean, well maintained, professional and the entire staff are wonderful with everyone they meet and work on! I highly recommend Shawn for piercing! I will definitely be back again soon for another piercing!

For anyone looking for a tattoo. If its your forstvor your 10th. The staff here is amazing AJ is beyond words. Family guy and family is first. Matter of fact words are not needed just come see for yourself. Its actions that speak volumes. Spencer is the type of guy that puts family before everything. No wonder he is so recommended when it comes to pieces that have a true individual heart to heart meaning. Dont go any place else. You will be happy you went and chose them.

Great place, good atmosphere. The guys were so welcoming! They changed the music for me because I wasnt a fan of what was on. I went with my parents who had an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in for a little something. If your looking for a good artist, weather it be new school or portrait, they have an artist for you. 4/5 of my family have had work done here and continue to have work done. Ill regiment them everytime!

I Absolutely love this place!!! Every artist in the shop is so talented which I love cause you have such a variety of style. Their creations with color or black and white are absolutely amazing. Walking in is always a fun experience as the music is always playing and everyone welcomes you in with a smile. The shop is extremely clean and friendly. Would recommend this shop as being the best one hands down that Ive even been in.

I went to broadway tattoo lounge 2 days ago to get a tattoo with a couple of my friends. We had the pleasure of getting tatted by yoyo. He is super cool and extremely processional. Anything you want and need, he will work with you until u are satisfied. If you want a great tattoo and an even better experience i highly recommend yoyo and the broadway lounge !!!!!

My recent time there, Javier did the most amazing job with the Celtic Cross on my arm below. I got about half my thigh tattooed by Fraster for my 18th birthday about two years ago and the tattoo still looks just as good as it did the day I left the shop. Everyone is so friendly and also very clean and professional. I recommend Broadway Tattoo to anyone. Im going back to get another piece done very soon.

Love this place . I came in for a crown tattoo on my wrist and a feather behind my ear. They did a beautiful job. Very happy, place is very clean and everyone is nice. Will be back soon for another
