I have been doing business on a commercial level with advance auto for many years. I bought 2 batteries for my F250 a few days ago online. Just got around to picking them up tonight...Or at least attempting to. Not only do the stores hours online say they close at 8:30PM yet when I got there at just past 8:00PM they had already locked their doors and apparently close at 8PM. The young kid stocking the shelf completely ignored the fact I was at the door 5 ft in front of him to just pick up the batteries I had already paid for but went behind the counter and sat down and waited for me to leave so he didnt have to speak with me. Im going to consider taking all of my commercial purchases in the future to a competitor so I dont have to deal with that type of poor customer service ever again...

The staff could be friendlier. So many times do I find the staff at this place putting up with customers who are giving them undeserved grief. One time this guy was attempting to return break pads he had purchased over a year ago with out a receipt and in a box that looked like it had been left outside the entire time. Another time a women was trying to return hubcaps that didnt match the box and she didnt have a receipt either. I guess after everyone in town trying to scam you and everyone else who works at the store, you get tired of dealing with customers. The staff here put up with a lot of bad customers who try and scam them for a few dollars. That being said, I am not one of those customers and I expect to be treated with the respect my social class deserves.

Came to advance auto parts after going to auto zone directly across the street. Auto zone told me my battery was good when in fact I knew it was not AAP checked my battery with a more advanced battery diagnostic machine and Jen this female changed my battery with in 15mins. Big up to Jen I appreciate your dedication to your customer service.

Staff has very little education in car parts. We have a commercial account with them, their commercial manager does so poorly at his job we now use their competitor, luckily theyre right across the street. If you have time to waste with incorrect parts and pricing errors, as well as poor attitudes, this is the store for you

Whenever I need something I always go here. They have a very patient and understand staff that will answer your questions and even went looking in the parking lot with me because I thought I dropped a large sum of cash.
