The coffee itself is a 4-5 star. The service? Eh. So so. The drive thru is ok. Inside, not always so good. If not driving thru, we always use the app to pre-order. Despite 4 or 5 employees behind the counter, I usually wind up standing at the mobile pick up counter twiddling my thumbs waiting for someone to hand me my beverages. Kind of defeats the purpose of the whole order ahead idea. And its generally not because theyre that busy. Ive waited there (not even greeted/acknowledged most times) while employees share a few chuckles over something on their cell phones. Maybe management needs to review some CS basics... On a positive note, once I am acknowleded, the employees have always been helpful and polite. Theyre just not on the ball getting to that point.

WORST SERVICE AND LATTE EVER! save your money, dont buy from here. The one starbucks at the Stop and Shop is great or the one at Target on Route 22. This Starbucks at the Pburg mall sucks. My husband ordered a Salted Caramel Latte which tasted like hot chocolate with espresso. When contacted the manager he basically told me that even though it is a "salted caramel latte" they just make a regular drink and sprinkle some caramel on top. So you pay extra when its is basically the same thing. Didnt offer to replace drink. All he said was that it should taste like chocolate and we end up going to Panera which is next door for a REAL caramel Latte. Panera is way better! Ugh the nerves

Dont waste your time going to this Starbucks. The staff doesnt pay attention to you and dont get your drink right. You pay more money for nothing. Go to Flemington, NJ or Branchburg, NJ; they will take care of you, the prices are better, the service is 100% better and your beverage will be what you asked for and worth it. I will NEVER go to the Phillipsburg Starbucks again. Three strikes and you are out.

Worst Service ever we asked for mini they give us large we asked to change to mini they still charged me for large and did not give us croasant that they charged we have to go back and ask for it they was out of bengals and all that time there was no customers other then us at all.

Cant get an iced coffee at 9:10pm. If youre open until 9:30, then be open until 9:30. Dont tell me youre out of iced coffee. Its literally coffee with ice cubes. Its the equivalent to panera bread running out of bread.

Im sorry that I bothered the girl with the multicolor hair at the drive thru today by placing an order at the drive thru. If I wanted to be treated like crap Id get my coffee from Dunkin. Never again.

Sadly this starbucks is not as happy as other locations. Today 3/30 in the afternoon, the girl who took my order was miserable, like I bothered her by ordering. She seemed annoyed.

Always helpful and enthusiastic. All drinks are amazing. Food is good to, I especially like the coconut chips. If you dont like your drink, they fix it, no questions asked.

Went through the drive thru and the service was fast. No wait time and the iced latte was delicious. Prices are high but all Starbucks are!
