I love the Customer Service. Im a penny pincher & as we all know, prices for tobacco products are going through the roof! Peter took the time to order a product for me. When it came up on back order, he took the time to search for a replacement that was both equal in quality & price. He found it & supplies are now on the shelf. In the last couple of years, Ive made similar requests in other stores for my favorite cigarette tubes. This is the ONLY store (Peter), that ever went as far as he did to please his new customer. Peters store now has a loyal customer!
