As a customer, Im an avid fan of bartering when it comes to tobacco accessories, at this place they have none of it and will not hesitate to instantly rip you off as soon as you walk into the store, yet they still have the gall to mention that they have low profit margins. The pipes in this store are nice, but horribly overpriced. Youd be much better off walking into any other head shop anywhere in the country where the prices are easily three times lower than here. The employee conduct of this store is absolutely deplorable at best, and for a "friendly neighborhood store" they sure now how to squeeze a penny out of every last nook of their customers wallets. My personal experience in this store was mediocre at best, I was instantly screamed at and told to leave upon inquiring with the teller on a few different pieces, all of which I could have gotten from the original glassblowers for legitimately $40 less than the marked prices they were selling it for, tobacco grinders available on the internet for $25 are being sold for $90, and a straight steel pipe you can buy for $1.99 are 6 damn dollars to put things into perspective. Dont be fooled, and dont buy anything from this place, with the way this store operates Im surprised anybody even goes to the store at all.

Frolic is the place in the South Jersey/Philly area to buy an overpriced waterpipe/bong. I was going to go the online head shop route but was turned off by the stories of having to wait a month to get your product in the mail. So, I decided to drive 15 min. down the Pike to Frolic. The store was nice and clean enough to not get bugged out being there. They have a wide enough selection, but its so damn expensive, about 100% markup from the online shops. I only wanted to spend 100 bucks out of my wallet, and there that would have bought me a plastic bong for 30 that I couldve bought at Spencer Gifts in Deptford. The girl, I didnt get her name referred me to a Dothead owned gas station down the road when I mentioned price was an issue. So, thats what I did, I bought a knockoff brand bong for 25 bucks and had 75 still to buy more sweet green to smoke from my dealer. I guess its worked for them so far, but the people running Frolic should realize do potheads really have 200 bucks to spend on a bong when papers and blunts are available everywhere? Im sure most have their McGuyveresque ways to smoke bud also, I dont know

First impressions are important. My first impression of Frolic was their front glass door covered in cardboard to hide the glass that was smashed. I brought in an empty bottle of vape juice my husband had bought from there recently and I asked her did she have this. She gave me a bottle off the shelf and when I asked was it the same thing, she said yes. I got home only to find out it wasnt, it was menthol. The empty bottle I brought in was not menthol. My husband called there only for her to lie and say she told me it was menthol when I was there, which she absolutely did not. I went back to return it and the guy there yelled at me saying she made a mistake and that he didnt appreciate me saying she lied. I told him she most certainly did lie on the phone to my husband when she said she had told me it was menthol. Bad experience, we will not be going back and would not recommend anyone go here.

This store is the worst. From the laughably high prices to the horrid customer service, avoid it at all costs. This is not an angry one time review either. I have been there many times (usually only for small things like rolling papers) and the vibe of the store is not friendly. Signs sloppily posted about words you can and can not say, a meager selection of very thin glass at high prices. My advice? If you got the gas and you want a good piece, go to Wonderland in Lawrenceville. Worth the drive in spades every time for me. If you drop the dreaded B word at Frolic they throw you out. At Wonderland they simply correct you. They treat you like a fellow tobacco enthusiast there, not some seedy customer like at Frolic. I do not like them and I only go there when it is absolutely needed.

Went there to get a vape and some glass accessories. After purchasing a vape and going to look at the glass the younger girl who was helping us was being very rude. Basically she was trying to sell me the plastic piece for a glass pipe that is supposed to protect it if it topples. She said she loves it cause shes clumsy. I made a little joke... "Isnt it ironic you work in a glass shop and are clumsy?". I said it completely as a joke in a nice way and she went off at me yelling, throwing things around asked me if I needed anything else basically saying leave. So when I checked out she literally threw my card and receipt at me. Will never be back here and will tell anyone I know thinking about coming here to not waste their time and money.

I never write a bad review. But the salesgirl was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. She talked my ear off the whole time, but then suddenly (like 5 mins into my experience) got impatient with me and asked "Are you gonna buy a water pipe at all? Buddy?"...it was so quick and unexpected and I just wanted a few minutes to browse and think...I admit, I could have just told her this, but she was not very nice, and it was so unnecessary. This place has been so snarky and pretentious about everything since this girl started working there. I have spent hundreds of dollars there in the past. Never again.

Overpriced. Un friendly vibe and and they act like they know everything when they are clueless about glass. Been there multiple times and have spent a few hundred bucks there over the last few years. Find another place to go.

Merchandise is overpriced, way overpriced. Staff is nice and knowledgable but this does not justify the prices of merchandise. Probably just go to Philly like I always to do get my supplies. I recommend others do the same.

A bit pricey but josh, the man who works on Saturdays, was more than helpful and was willing to answer all our questions. Would recommend going on Saturday if unsure about customer service.

The listing of this place says " tobacconist" which this place absolutely is not. It is strictly a place to buy glass pipes and things like that. And what they have is hugely over priced.

A little on the pricey side, even for a head shop. Definitely a good selection of glassware though. They have also expanded to include e-juice which is a good suprise.

Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Products are pricey but, they are very nice! There is a good variety of products. I love my local smoke shop!
