I am a 16 year old girl who would obviously not take the time out of her day to write a review; but for this place, I simply had to. I ordered Adidas Superstars online and when I got them they were too big. I went to this Footlocker to exchange them for a smaller size and I didnt realize until the next day that they gave me a completely different style of the Superstars than what I had asked for. So when I went back to exchange the sneakers again, only one of the employees was working that day that was also working the previous day. His name was Matt and had to be the most rude employee I have ever met. (Edit: I went back there & complained about him and the manager told me there is no Matt that works there. That means, he gave me a fake name. And his real name is Eric.) He overall had a bad attitude, no other way to explain it. He tried to make me feel like a real idiot. Another woman was working named Stephanie who was very nice. She helped me with my issue and took back the shoes I was trying to exchange for the second time. She ordered me another pair of Superstars, the ones I actually asked for. Well, the sneakers were delivered to my house today and I opened the box and guess what; they were the same exact shoes I got the second time around just this time it was the size I asked for. So once again, they screwed up and I got the sneakers I didnt want or paid for.

Went there to Christmas shop and politely asked to use the bathroom and was told they did not have a bathroom that I could use and for me to go to Starbucks next door. Nice, I spend money there but not good enough to use their facilities.
