I love computers and technology, I have a Toshiba 2.8 dual processor, 8G of ram and 1terrabyte HD, and also I have an I5 Mac desktop with 16 G ram and 1 terabyte of HD, plus a Air 2 tablet. Right now I am looking for another laptop do I went to check this store, and I found that for $469 plus tax they selling an old computer with a I3 processor with an old HD not an ssd, and 4G of ram...what in the hell they are thinking? I think the only person will buy that Lenovo laptop will be someone that unfortunately doesnt know about computers....the few times I had being there the store is empty....mmm wonder why...stay away if you want to buy a new computer, go with someone that knows more than average person.

I waited 30 minutes to check out and only one person was in front of me. Of course, only one register had a cashier...the others were closed yet 5 or 6 staff were milling around doing nothing. The last time I was in this store I waited over ONE HOUR at the copy/printer area. I swear its true, and again only one person was in front of me in line. The manager, Annette, was oblivious to the problems and didnt have a clue what to do. Two strikes and youre out. Ill never go there again and will let everyone I know to avoid it like the plague.

Last week I was tasked with a last minute project that included some last minute printing of postcards. We quickly called Staples in Hackettstown and told them what we needed. They were prompt in getting back to us and they were able to fit us into their busy printing day schedule. Our postcards where completed by the end of that day and were absolutely beautiful. Matt, Dan, and Teresa at the Hackettstown Staples are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them to do any printing you need.

What a terrible Staples. The cashier was nice and quick but everything was a mess. The organization made no sense at all and prices were missing from a lot of things.

We always get our back to school products here because of the sales towards the end of summer. Relatively clean store, no complaints
