Empire Health Foods is a totally new and different store from the old Eds. The only things in common with Eds is that it is a Health Food Sore and occupies the same 4 walls as the old business. No one there is rude, to the contrary Mike and Dawn are ALWAYS pleasant and very helpful. The store is kept very clean and the stock is fresh and current. Empire carries high quality products, typically not things you would find at the large chains. Although some items are expensive, its VALUE that matters and they have the best products around. Ive found things to be fairly priced and there are special sales where you can get some great deals. As far as Sales go, I shop around and some stores artificially inflate prices to cover the mark downs - and that is not a sale. Ive seen some of these Eds "thumbs down" comments on Google for years, but they were for Eds, not Empire. Its really a shame that Google doesnt do something to monitor this kind of stuff!!

This place is a diamond in the rough! I agree that the prices may be a little steep, but if you talk to Ed, he gives wonderful, researched, and intelligent recommendations and usually throws in a little discount if you buy more than one thing. It is a REAL mom-an-pop store and a real gem! You will not find a better inventory of organic produce, grocery, vitamins, supplements, and over-all health products! Eds wonderful parents also work at the store and try to offer what advice they can. They are truly friendly people and would only "follow around" customers to offer advice and support: certainly not to be "creepy". This store has helped our family maintain good health and prevent illnesses. I make my own baby food and cannot find better organic ingredients than at Eds. HIGHLY recommended! (I only gave it 4 stars because it can be a little expensive, but as I said, Ed usually offers discounts if you are buying multiple items).

I do not recommend shopping here. They fabricate information. They falsely advertise and represent their products. They are rude, arrogant and disrespectful. They do not stand behind their products. They are not customer service oriented or friendly. They do not care about people and only overcharging them. The health food store in Morristown is 20-30% less and very wonderful to deal with unlike how rude, from the minute I walked in, the owner is at Eds Health Food. There are many other health stores out there that are very kind, considerate, and caring to their customers. I give Eds Health Food a major thumbs down!

This place was weird. Me and my brother went here just seeing what they had. Those two old people stalked us and they were really creepy. My brother bought something so they didnt think we were stealing, choclate health pretzels and they were like 7 dollars. There was like 5 pretzels and he said they were gross.Horrible not recommended.

Great staff!! So helpful & polite!!! They sat so patiently as I asked annoying question after annoying question! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my health food and supplement needs & I drive over 40 mins to get there!! Classy establishment real good people who care!
