Absolutely beautiful store. The only issue i had was when i asked the young lady where I could find the sage. It was my first time there and i didnt have the time to browse the way i wanted to. I was in a bit of a rush. She replied without even looking at me "its in alphabetical order on the shelf" as you can see theres alot of shelves. So her response was a bit off putting. I just walked away and spent more time then i could spare searching. She need to realize not everyone is a regular. A huge part of customer service is making the customer comfortable enough to want to come back. Please relay this message. I will be back i just hope shes off.

Penn Herb Co is gorgeous! The serene environment, well kept building and easy parking make it ideal for my healthy odds and ends. I can always find products here that I cant find anywhere else and the employees are always willing to help. Aside from being the friendliest people ever, they also are super knowledgeable about the products! I cant wait for my next visit.

Racist Has a lot of thing but the tall man possibkybthe manager treated me like I was a criminal asking for my personal information before I was able to make a purchase and asked me to fill out a criminal history report before buying anything! Racist Great products all the other staff is great except the tallest man working there.

Great selection, poor customer service. Me and my mother visited the store, we werent greeted or asked if we needed assistance. When we finally asked for assistance, the staff there treated us as if we were uneducated without answering our questions. If I didnt really need my supplements, I wouldnt have even purchased them!

Friendly staff and good selection of spices, herbs, and teas. Their refrigerated grocery section leaves much to be desired and prices are generally high - but that price hike is easily offset by knowledgeable and attentive staff.

Staff are always made uncomfortable when I come to store. Depending on the cashier, you can checkout quickly. Specifically, the younger store associates talk too much to each other, always ignoring the customers waiting checkout.
