I ordered my radiator hose around 8 am Saturday and was told it will be there by 11:30 am by an employee named James. I got my only ride I had to get the part and This guy sends a younger employee over to the counter, makes me wait 25 mins to tell me the delivery guy forgot to deliver it and left it in the truck. so I get another ride there to have him send over the same younger employee over to sell me the part finally. Even your other customers were baffled by your poor sales performance and educate. Id like to see more bad reviews on you as time goes by so I dont have to see you ifI ever need an auto part in an emergency situation like this one was.
