I am disgusted ,that a package that was mailed by your facility never made it to its destination! !I dont care it is picked by the post office which, I think maybe, in the future you should tell your customers, when it is going to an apo address it goes through the post office! I am thinking it is going out by UPS. I did not realize that UPS does not deliver to an apo address or I would have went directly to the post office. . Then in this freaking day in age no one can track it! Out of our hands!Both you and the post office! !!. Well,you made a soldier very unhappy for his package not arriving! ! Merry Christmas!

They have always been very kind and helpful for me there. All of the bad reviews seem to be about the hours listed on Google, so I figured I should balance out based on all of their other services to be fair. Not sure if the hours are correct so maybe call first, but when they are open they are nice and helpful.

Their hours are wrong and for their actual hours they dont answer the phones 15 minutes to close. The people are nice once you are there but this is not my favorite UPS store.
