Disappointed! I went there to return a Galaxy s8 within the 14 days satisfaction policy and all the ladies behind the counter could say was "we just switched to being a corporate location and our system inst updated yet. Store upset and floor displace is gorgeous. But come on Sprint, update their system so they can do their job and not just stand behind the counter and look bored without talking the floor asking customers simply questions "hello what are you looking for today?" Basic Customer Service skills.

One of the works were rude and condescending, she would cut me off in the middle of talking,was more interested in gossiping in spanish with co-worker was talking about us in spanish right infront of my husband and I, I would rather go twenty miles out of my way before going to this sprint again, I am just sorry that she received a commission from me,they dont even deserve the one star i am giving and not to mention store was damaged and falling apart

I called to ask which store was closest and had a technician and when the woman picked up all she said was "hello". I had to ask if this was Sprint bcahse there was no greeting. I asked my question and she gave me an answer. I said thank you and she hung up without a response. Could have better customer service.

I called in reference to a upgrade on a phone I have and employee answered with absolute attitude. Said everything sarcastically like as if I was dumb . Honestly disrespectful and at the end whispers " alright" and hangs up . Very disrespectful needs to be fired personally.

The girl that was helping was very nice and helpful but the other coworkers where very ghetto talking about other stuff , the girl that was helping told them to be quiet and they started laughing even the manager was there. So ghetto not very professional!

I got 3 phones from here, the manager was excellent she knew all the answers to my questions and was very helpful and nice she let me take my time and didnt rush me. I would highly recommend this store
