It is near impossible to reach this Family Dollar Store over the phone to ask a question. A simple question as to weather or not they had an item in stock before I drove over. Then after trying for an hour, no kidding the person on the phone was rude and rushed to end the call because they were busy. So much for shopping at Family Dollar in the future, clearly they dont value the consumer. I would have given zero stars but that option didnt exist.

I love Family Dollar. This particular store wouldve gotten 5 stars from me if they would just be a bit more helpful when the customers come in and not act like they ( the staff) are invisible.
