The only thing good about this store are their prices. The selection is wide, but poorly curated. The "Straight from the XXXX" lines of beer, wine, and spirits are all mediocre. Not only that but the staff is absolutely horrible every time I come here. No one wants to be here, they all hate working here. I had this opinion over the past 4 years of coming here when passing through and now that I live nearby I realize this is just everyday for this horribly run store. Beer is routinely old, staff routinely knows nothing about what theyre talking about, and the aisles are rarely kept up with. Yeah the staff dresses "nice" but unless the distributors are stocking no one is working here. What prompted me to write this review? Well after multiple mediocre experiences here, I just got 6 month old hop-forward beer that also wasnt kept cold to preserve the freshness. Nope, they dont care about keeping the product in good shape. Im done being burned by this store, Ive been dissatisfied on multiple occasions, I wont be back.

Cherry Hill Store-I went in with a list (for reference)! I was never in the store prior to yesterday and I have never shopped for different types, regions of wine. I got very lucky! A man named Tom asked if he could be of any help. I handed him my list and together we shopped for my wine.He gave me his advice and price had nothing to do with his decisions and my selections. I ended up purchasing 6 bottles and intend to find out this weekend if Tom and I were successful with our picks. Will go back to this store every time Im thirsty! Also, right down the street from the CH Mall. Perfect!

Super helpful staff and clean well lit interior. I have often had the problem of feeling like Im in a warehouse district with people that know Im not "from around here" in a variety of different beer, wine, and alcohol distributorships... particularly discount ones... but this place is super friendly and welcoming. We placed a large order online and our order was easily picked up within 10 minutes.

Nic and Sarah are easily the most helpful and most knowledgeable wine gurus this side of a grape press! The difference is... They ask questions and actually listen to the answers. Their recommendations have NEVER FAILED to be the highlight of any occasion/party Ive hosted or gift Ive given. I owe you guys!!!! *cheers*

Probably the best selection with the best price in all of South Jersey. This place has it all and the staff is very helpful when selecting wine to pair with dinner. They have never let me down with a great selection. I love the wine managers choices. Overall, a great store and place to purchase wine and more!

I used to live in the hellhole known as NJ while growing up; Cherry Hill specifically. I live in So Cal and the Total Wine here has a great selection of micro-brews. Best advice: move out of NJ! If you are stuck there, you can look at it through Total Wine "beer-goggles".

Total Wine has such a large AMAZING selection of wines! Theyre prices are lower then anywhere else! I love every wine I have bought, and try a new one each time I go! I love the employee favorites! Everyone there is so nice and helpful! My new favorite and ONLY wine place!

We shopped for our wedding alcohol here, not knowing what to buy. Jim, their wine expert walked us through all the aisles describing all our options and his recommendations. I will absolutely come back every time I need to supply wine for an event.

They advertise low prices on brands you know and want when you get there their staff is over bearing and the practically force you to buy their private label high profit brands....I will never go there again nor would I recommend others shop there.
