Unreliable and incompetent: Is it possible for a florist to miss a delivery of flowers on Valentines day when the delivery destination is across the street- they proved it possible. This business cannot handle volume business and their so so carefree attitude adds insult to injury. The woman on the phone had the gall to suggest delivering the flowers on the 15th of Feb - yes, that will probably work, much as the same as the kids receiving their X-mas presents on the 26th of December or celebrating the 4th of July on the 06th of July. The bitter pill associated with this debacle is that my significant other had a card and a gift waiting for me at home - the only thing I had to offer was my award winning smile and a pocketful of lint :( Warning, if you really need to let that special someone know how you feel , steer very clear of this business - getting your money back from a missed delivery will not come close to repairing the assassination of your character and your relationship from these matter of fact and adamant people.

I had the pleasure of working with Stein at Sunset Florist recently when they did the flowers for a bridal shower that I photographed. I have often photographed their work in weddings, proms and other events,and their work is always stunning. The staff there is attentive and creative. I once challenged them to make a centerpiece for my nephews Mickey Mouse themed first birthday party and they went above and beyond my wildest expectations. They created a floral centerpiece in the colors of the party and created a "hidden mickey" game within the piece where guests had to find all the Mickey shaped pipe cleaners incorporated in the flowers. It was such a great surprise for my sister and the guests. Their flowers are always fresh and the designs inventive. I would recommend them to anyone for all occasions.

Their flowers are always fresh and beautiful and the arrangements are marvelous. The people I send and bring them to always rave about how amazing they are. They always keep a big selection in stock. they go above and beyond to please, and their service is exceptional. Their prices are great, their website is easy to use, their staff is helpful and nice, and their store is beautiful. Steins is everything you could want in a florist!

Had a mishap, but they worked very hard to make it right.... not one time did they try and make excuses they just owned it by making good on the problem along with a refund.... business like this will always have me as a repeat customer. Thank You steins for having a great business practice
