Terrible parking, slow, long lines during peak shopping times which here is 1030am to 730pm. Great pharmacy staff. Nice eatery & clean restroom in the back right corner. Hispanic products, while sold here are oddly lacking given the large number of Hispanics in the neighborhood. No Materva? No green/yellow plantains/no fresh yuca/no frozen mame? Its as if theyre asking Hispanics not to shop here. Great California Rolls at the sushi counter if you shop early. The deli counter will usually cost you 20 minutes of your life no matter how small your order. Odd sales bins by the register will sometimes have awesome bargains! The meats section though is assembled by the director of the TV show "LOST". No matter how long or hard you look you will not find Sugar free Vanilla Caramel nondairy coffee creamer in liquid form. Go get the overpriced powdered version in the coffee aisle and cry over a good cup of Colombian Melita.

This is the worst shoprite I ever visited! I moved to area a year ago and this one is the closest to me... But forget that Ill drive to another one before I step one foot in this store again! Let me say yes its clean.. But the parking is terrible, customer service is terrible and sale items are never re stocked! I stood in line at 730 at night for 40 mins to get ham from appy dept then proceeded to checkout n waited again another 20 mins! A 10 min visit and was there over a hour! Thats ridiclious...never will I ever go there again Ill drive 20 mins to a different one and its sad that I worked for shoprite for 10 years and never did I see this in my old store! I will tell everyone I no not to go to this store ever its a nitemare! I dont think the sakers would appreciate how a customers time was wasted with horrible customer service!

Pros: Theres an older gentleman that works in the Seafood Dept that is always very friendly and helpful. They also have one of the best floral departments Ive ever seen in a grocery store. Cons: Almost every time I go I end up at customer service for 20 minutes because of sale items that didnt ring up correctly. Also, the fresh fish (salmon) has been a little sketchy lately; not smelling fresh at all and sometimes mushy like it was previously frozen even though it claims not to be. My last visit I paid $14 a pound for "fresh organic European Salmon" that was no better than a filet I could have purchased in the frozen section for much less money.

Its not every day that you walk into a supermarket and see murals covering the walls - theyre a really nice touch which help make this store feel so much more alive and inviting than most. That said, it feels like theyre working with less square footage than other locations and had to cram in more displays, to the detriment of the open space and wide aisles one would expect in the suburbs. If only theyd realized that reducing the excessive item choice would complement the aesthetics, so shoppers didnt wish they were in the mural-depicted open pastures rather than crammed inside a packed box.

I have been using this supermarket for over 30 years with good results. I can say that most of the workers are pleasant, friendly and helpful even with the large amount of customers coming in daily. They have fresh produce with a good selection of organic and local produce. The prices vary, most times they are fair or well priced. There is a good selection of meats and fish. The only downside is the traffic in the parking lot and the fact that during the weekend and sometimes during the day it is very crowded. Shop in the morning or evening and this is no longer a problem.

Shoprite from home is the worst in the area. No one is ever at the desk and no one ever answers the phone if you need to call them. Will not be using this service in the future... we had a family emergency and couldnt make it in for our scheduled pick up my husband called over 10 times between the hours of 4pm and 8 and not once did anyone answer the phone we ended up having to go out ourselves and shop. If I use the service it will be from the Fisher location which is friendly and always available when you call with an issue

When I first moved here I gave this ShopRite 4 stars. Now that I have lived here for 3 months I can see major problems with this location. It has become apparent that employee training is non existent. It has become a weekly ritual to stand on the customer service line for ten minutes to correct a mistake . They are unable to identify produce and other items without barcodes. On really busy days I just go home and take the lost, but it happens all the time. Employee turn over is a major problem.

We moved to Lakewood three years ago and started shopping at the Brick Shoprite. I cant say enough about this store. Its always clean, and the shelves are stocked. The pharmacy is the best ever!! I asked for low-fat dressings at the salad bar, and after a while, they were there! They listen!! Best food store in the area...

Cant stand the tile walkway but once you get past that you can buy pretty much anything you need. The store is huge! You will be able to navigate through the aisles as long as you use caution, as the store is almost always crowded. Its clean and well-stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful when you can find them.

Unfortunate deli closes at 10pm. Been going there forever and there deli sandwiches which are pre-made earlier in day are 50 percent off which is a great compromise. Was told policy changed everything half priced in morning. And Mgr pretty rude. Very disappointed..he was

The service is terrible. The lines are ridiculous. The employees dont even acknowledge that youre there when youre standing in front of them at the register. Its more like a robot. Youre better off going to the self-checkout. The prices are the only reason I go there.

Called to place a cookie platter order. Was told they only take orders two days in advance. Ive been to other shop rites and they take orders the same day. I was not expecting a early pick up but the girl still would not work with me.

As good as any other ShopRite, but they have self checkout, which can really help thin out lines when busy. I would have given 4 stars because parking is always difficult here, but the self checkout cancels the parking situation out.

Newer market. Large aisles, plenty of stock. Produce is fresh and well stocked. Large selection of prepared meals. Has a Dunkin Donuts, a bank and a hearing testing center in the store. Kohls and Manhattan Bagel inn the strip too.

The cakes in the bakery are terrible. The cake tasted like crap and the whipped cream (that I ordered), tasted like bettercream. Looked like someone wrote on the cake for the first time. I will never buy one there again.

I loved it because I love how the staff offers you help if youre simply shopping near them. Its not overly crowed and the cashiers are very helpful and friendly. Ill be back. I dont live near so it may be awhile however.

Staff are a mixed bag, a textured floor in much of deli and produce area, and tough parking. Still good sale prices, quality produce, great cheese selection, great food variety, and short check out wait.
