I take pride in keeping people happy. Shame on people who have nothing but negative things to say and never once called to express any dissatisfaction and allow me an opportunity to fix a problem. If you are unhappy with something from my shop regardless of who did it, you need to tell me so I can make it right. And remember, we have five people working here. One person making a mistake shouldnt condemn the rest of the workers!

Very nice people, very sanitary, and very quick. I was probably only in there for 20 minutes to get my belly button pierced and they were finished in no time. I will definitely be going back if I want anything else.

Messed up my ears, gave me earrings that were NOT what they said they were made of and caused bad infection. Gave me non-cemetrical piercings. negative -10 out of ten.
