The service I received after my purchase was absolutely horrible. First, they never mailed me the actual title. Found this out after waiting an hour at the DMV. Had to drive back to the dealer, which was not close, to pick it up myself (or wait for them to mail it). Second, they failed to write the mileage on the title OR the actual "Odometer Declaration Statement". Wow! Again I find this out after wasting another hour at the DMV. Have to drive back to the dealer again. Finally, at my third trip to the DMV, I learn that the purchase price on my receipt ($13K) does not match the price that Breckenridge entered into the States computer system ($9K), so they cant figure out the sales tax amount. Had to call the dealer from the DMV to verify the actual price only to find that their finance person had left for the day. Luckily, the nice lady at the DMV took pity on me and accepted the salesmans word. I will NEVER go back to Breckenridge. Such a frustrating experience.

We purchased the vehicle of our dreams from Breckenridge! They were outstanding in every way possible. While looking for almost a year we had dealt with several different dealership (since we had the ability to purchase from anywhere-new/used etc. perfect credit) and had almost given up due to customer service and feeling like the places we looked at were the typical car sales person vulture. My husband discovered Breckenridge on the internet and I have to say I was skeptical. But after speaking with Tony and Fred we decided to just drive over and look. They were wonderful, fair, honest, and we actually had a good time dealing with them! I would of never dreamed of actually enjoying buying a vehicle. We will buy our next vehicle from there and have already referred several friends. IF YOU ARE LOOKING IT IS WORTH YOUR TIME!!! We are putting them on our Christmas Card List, it was not just business they have become a friend!!!! They care!

I love my car i knew its age when i got it but it was what i wanted. So i knew buying a car this old there would be problems sooner then later. But that has nothing to do with any of why this place is by far one of the worst places on earth to buy a car from. .my seat is broken and i have a thing to get it fixed and they will not fix it. But i drove off that lot with with a fake temp tag!!! I got pulled over 3 times with it and the last time the cop took it. I had no clue i know nothing about that kind of stuff. I called repeatedly and nothing. I finally talked to Im guessing is the owner? Well he was no help and not concerned at all that he was breaking the law. I mean really fake temp tags? Thats pretty low they need to get there life together and start doing things the right way and treat people the way they want to be treated. Please people take it from me dont buy a car from them. Its been a very stressful and upsetting ordeal.

SOLD ME A JUNK CAR, SALESMAN WOULDNT TAKE IT BACK THE NEXT DAY AND GIVE ANY MONEY BACK.....VERY BAD BUSINESS LOGIC FOR THIS BRECKENRIDGE SALESMAN TO SELL A HIGH END CAR THAT HAD ALOT OF MECHANICAL PROBLEMS, UNKNOWN THEN, TO ME, A SINGLE,.. HOMELESS WOMAN,.. LIVING ON THE STREETS ...W/O A JOB,OR HOME,.. ON A SMALL MONTHLY DISABLITY CHECK, ..HAD A WARRANT, TO HAVE MIDWEST ACCEPTANCE CORP OR ANY FINANCE COMPANY GIVE ME A LOAN UNDER THESE CONDITIONS..... THIS WAS A LEMON, JUNK CAR DIDT RUN GOOD.. AND HAVE THEM EXPECT ALL MO PAYMENTS MADE ON A CAR THAT I COULDNT AFFORD OR RAN WELL TO SELL ME...THEN PUTTING ME INTO COLLECTIONS, RUINING MY CREDIT, EVEN AFTER I BROUGHT BACK THE CAR TO LOAN COMPANYS PARKING LOT.. ON ALL 3 CREDIT BUREAUS FOR 7 YEARS...AND WONT REMOVE THIS ACCOUNT FOR ME...

This car dealership is very manipulative and pushy. We were set on a different suv. The car salesman said "nah" try this one it has low miles its an excellent suv. We accepted the offer of course. Exactly one day after the warranty the car begins to overheat. We contacted the dealership and they basically said take it to the car company and have them fix the problem. So that our suv would be under their warranty. I would strongly advise people to think twice before going here. Its been 5 months and lots of money to fix this overheating issue. And it is still over heating. Please save your money, as to avoid any stress or heartache from buying a car from this car dealership. I wish I had researched this place more, I might have less gray hair.

I would have given this a 1 star. However, the associate that I worked with was actually rather decent. I am a firm believer that you should know the product that you are selling. I purchased a vehicle from Breckenridge and off the lot it wasnt a bad decision. Seems as though they tend to work with some local shops to put band aids on broken bones. To say that this vehicle nearly fell apart on me is an understatement. I dont think I will ever by from a privately owned dealership. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Hopefully this creates a buyers beware for them in the future.

I give Breckenridge 5 stars for helping me during a difficult time. MY salesman Justin was highly recommended and he kept me posted and updated and may the sales for easy. Besides his own personal testimony he really encourage me not to be Grateful and Thankful and That there is always a positive for every negative thrown at me.....Thanks Justin for being a salesman and a mentor... I saw what Iwanted and that is what I pulled off the lot with, and the monthly payments were very reasonable and within my price range. thanks Justin /Breckenridge Motors...

My experience at Breckenridge Motors was a great experience. I purchased my vehicle, one that I didnt think I would like. However, it turned out to be one I loved. The sales team took the time to find out exactly what I wanted in features, payment and look. They were patient and understanding...even when I threw a tantrum or two, thinking that things wouldnt work out. I was very satisfied with my purchase and did not have any problems, Other than regular wear and tear. They staff is always friendly.

Bought a beautiful GMC Acadia in November 2016. The tv and disc slot did not work. Shortly after the amp/radio went out. We soon found out on a hot day the A/C did not work. 4 months later the transmission went out. They played the run-around game! Needless to say I didnt have the vehicle 5 months!!!!!! The cars are beautiful but arent worth a QUARTER!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
