I stopped in after work to grab a game I had pre-ordered. There was one employee working the desk who was helping a woman and her son. Aside from them taking ~20 minutes, I got my game and went home to find my Xbox 360 wasnt working. I called them to ask how much they would give for a defunct Xbox and they said they were slammed and I needed to refer to their website. First of all, maybe you wouldnt be slammed if you had more than one employee working. Second, this information is NOT available online. Third, this was my FOURTH broken Xbox that I bought from GameStop. So I packed up all my stuff and brought it into this location, simply because its the closest one available. I waited in line again until a second employee came out of the back room. This guy was pretty nice, but I was soon handed off to Chaz, who was not friendly or willing to help much. I get that youre busy, guy, but I consistently have a worse experience at this GameStop than any other location. Hire some more people? Take breaks before/after your peak hours of 5-7? At every other GameStop, people seem genuinely excited to talk about games that come out and to point you in the right direction. Convenience will be the only reason I ever go back to this location, but I think its worth it to go a bit further to the Delmar store.

I walked in and let the staff know what I wanted and what I was trading-in. After an hour of them inspecting the console they forgot to enter in a $50 credit I had that went towards my new purchase. I mentioned the credit on several occasions during my visit to the store. Once I paid and looked at the receipt I noticed the credit was missing, I requested the credit be added but instead the employees went on to tell me that I was wrong and that the credit doesnt exist because it is not pulling up on the managers phone. Eventually he figured out how to add the credit to the purchase and refund the previous purchase. The best part was the employees not apologizing or accepting that they were wrong at any point. They also tried to push me out the store and hide the receipt in the bag while overcharging me by $50.

There are only two people there who are a pleasure to speak with when I go in. Almost everyone there has a get your stuff and get out attitude. As a previous poster said, they dont help you at all. There is no welcome at all. The manager is just a dick. I went in on a rainy day once, and so I had the hood on my hoody up, and he said, "Put the hood down, or you have to leave.". ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?! Funny thing was, there was a white kid with his hood up who this manager walked past to tell me this. When I pointed this out to him, he said, "Im not going to ask you again.". Wow... I left and bought my game at Wal*Mart.

Just bought ps4 on Feb. Only two months after my purchase, ps4 got broke, no signal. I brought my ps4 all the way to the store with my recept. Clerk said they are not willing to check it unless i trade the system in for another console. I begged whether they could at least have a quick look on my hdmi cable if thats the problem. Rejected. I guess that was something too much to ask for huh?

Ive purchased from this location a few times and had one return and the staff has always been helpful. Ive had no problems with anything there and I even chatted with a staff when they had no one to wait on at the counter about game preferences

Quick in and out visit. Their prices on some items are ridiculous but some can be fair. Went in for a controller to an older console and instead got a remote for 1/5th the cost thanks to one of the employees. Works great.

The guys here are awesome. I love coming to GameStop and talking to the guys about the upcoming games and which games are cool and which games suck. Its always a good time at GameStop!
