Hung up on me in mid conversation, kept getting make and model wrong on a part that needs to be same make and model. I get its hot out still no reason to not listen to what customers say and then hang up on you not once but twice. Will not be spending my money here......

I have been dealing with big 3 for a few years now and even when all other yards fail me for reasons like "its too hot for our guys to go out in the yard" (liberty auto parts...what a joke), BIG THREE ALWAYS COMES THROUGH WITH THE BEAT PARTS and at the best prices.

have dealt with them a few times over the years. a little overpriced and usually the guys working there act like they dont have time for you. On the plus side, they usually have what you need and Ive never had a problem after installing a part from here.

God awful service and some of the most ignorant and unfriendly human beings Ive ever met. I wouldnt get parts from them if they were giving them away. Save your time and dignity and steer clear of these folks. Thank me later!!

Not very friendly and completely over priced they wanted $100 ea. for heads and speedway sold them for $32.00 ea. Wow. I have given them a try before and they never ever do right.

BIG 3 IS OVER PRICED AVOID IT - I was just quoted $450 for a set of air bags, whoaaa even modern imports sells them cheaper......

AGREED...RUDE and NOT helpful. Any salvage yard that does not want to part, with there parts, has no reason to be open.
