Was very unimpressed for this being my first time being there. Myself, my wife, and a close family friend went in for very small matching tattoos (an autism puzzle piece to represent our son) joe was our artist as he was the only one available. He wasnt very friendly when we would try and talk to him. My wife and I had both of ours placed on our forearm with 4 colors in it and our friend had a very small one on the back of her ear and another small tattoo done on her forearm as well in black. Joe stated since the one on the back of her was so small he could only do a solid color so we agreed to the price for $170 for all 4 small tattoos. It was late when we got there and he acted as if it was fine if we were there a little after he closed. Our friend went first and her tattoo on her forearm looked great, however he only outlined the puzzle piece behind her ear, he did not color it. As I was getting mine done she asked about it and said that we agreed on doing a solid color on the puzzle piece. He proceed to tell her they didnt and he would have to charge her another $60 to open another needle to color in the puzzle piece that is no bigger than my thumb nail. Then stated he didnt have time to do it because he had to go and he had things to go do. Even though he agreed to do this when the price was given to us. I felt very rushed and ripped off. We all have had many tattoos done at many other places and have never been told by an artist that if I paid more he would fix the tattoo the way I wanted it, they always make sure that we are happy before walking out the door. I will not recommend this artist to anyone. We went in to have a tattoo done of a piece very close to our hearts and he basically didnt care if we were satisfied of the way it looked in the end unless we wanted to fork more money out.

Got a tattoo here 8 years ago and was given a card with the artists name and a description of my tattoo. I was told that as long as I have that card I could come in ANYTIME and get my tattoo "touched up". Well, last week I decided to take them up on it. I thought my tattoo could use a "touch up". It is black lettering and I thought it was looking quite faded. I go in, I show the gentleman my card and my tattoo, and he says "I cannot touch that up. I can redo it, but I cannot touch it up." I was confused since I got my tattoo around the same time as my aunt who was given the same kind of card and told the same thing. She has been back to get her lettering "touched up" about 6 times. I have a problem with not honoring a commitment you made to your work. With that being said, my Mom got two tattoos that evening and Joe did a great job. I was disappointed to learn that they would not keep their word.

I got my belly button pierced there about 10 years ago and got a small tattoo there about two years ago. They have fair prices but are not very friendly at all. Both the piercer and the tattoo artist acted as if I were interrupting them by coming in. My piercing was crooked but my tattoo turned out pretty nice. They even provided me with a business card with a note on the back that said he would do any future touch ups for free on it. It needed several spots touched up, but I did them myself with my small tattoo kit. I think it was from scabbing during healing and not the artists fault. I usually tell people to spend the extra money and go somewhere like Iron Age in the loop. Tattoos are a good investment if you ask me. You get what you pay for.

Went in to get a tattoo friday night of some small swallow birds on my wrist. Nothing complicated and I had the pic on my phone. Reggie said that he could not do it unless I brought something in to trace and that he could not free hand it. What kind of tattoo artist cannot free hand something so simple as a little filled in bird with no details? They were rude and I dont think they wanted to do it because it meant little money to them. Very unwelcoming group there and very unprofessional. Dont waste your time!!!

I came in just earlier today, walked in without an appointment and was greeted immediately and asked how I could be helped. Very friendly people and awesome service. The piercer was very knowledgable, explained the process beforehand, made sure I knew the needle was in the package and everything was clean. Afterwards she explained the healing and cleaning process. I bled a little right after I got my nose pierced and she told me to hangout for a bit to make sure it stopped bleeding. I definitely reccomend this place!

My daughter is a walking bulliton board, showcasing the quality, creativity, and pride of several of your artists & even a skilled apprenteces finest works! She has me craving a session! The peices speak for themselves and encompass winding tails of cooperation, and enchantment. They envoke everlasting memories. For newbies, we recommend forthought, and preliminary discussion with these pros, prior to your ink date. You will not be disappointed. Clean, professional, personalized, atmosphere.

Ive had three piercings done here myself (with plans to have more done here), my best friend has had many piercings done here, and Ive had multiple friends get tattoos here as well! All of their work is done well and fairly priced. Its a clean and well lit environment and I would highly recommend getting work done here. The people that work at Enchanted Dragon are very warm and welcoming, and they always ensure that I am comfortable in whatever Im getting done. I love getting work done here.

My name is Reggie; I am the manager here at the Enchanted Dragon. In response to the user: ijustwanatattoo, I dont work on Friday nights, and would never tell a customer that! We are more than capable of drawing the tattoos you described. This sounds like a lame attempt to hurt our reviews, by someone that is in the tattoo industry. For all customers: we can meet any of your tattoo needs, and we have a very welcoming environment. We would love to do your next tattoo, so come check us out!

I had an amazing experience at the Enchanted Dragon at the Arnold location. Chrissy did my nose peircing and did a phanomenal job. She instructed me on everything she was doing, showed me the sterile equipment that she would be using, and the piercing was quick and painless. I didnt feel a thing! I was so impressed! Afterwards she cleaned up my nose and gave me detailed in instructions on how to care for my new peircing. I had the best experience! Very happy!

just got a half sleeve done here by Josh and piercings by Emily. I could not be happier with the work I received. I would say its fair to ignore the reviews from years back seeing as I have not encountered any problems since coming here. Ive got 2 other tattoos lined up for a week with no problem as well, and their ability to take my ideas and put it on paper is second to none. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
