Man I avoided the "liquor barn" because it sounded shady. And went with the recognizable name. Mistake. Prices higher that anywhere Ive been in most things. Hop slam= $20. I usually expect $16 or so there. My main issue was I bought a 12 pack of torpedo and it was spoiled. I was in town from Duluth in a hotel so I had no choice but to deal with it. I really hate it when a big store like that sells bad beer. Cmon guys!

The staff is helpful, but the prices are among the highest in the area. I went across the street to Booze Mart and saved 30-40%. It literally saved me $50 on only 5 or 6 bottles of liquor. If you care about your wallet, MGM is not the place to go.

Very good selection of wines and beers. Could use a larger liquor selection. They try to have a bit of everything and as a result they dont have several things I like to keep in the house.
