On two separate occasions my wife and I have had to wait an unusual amount of time for our simple order while having no one queued ahead of us. On one of these occasions a group of three people were able to come in to receive refills of regular coffee and the order following theirs was amazingly filled before ours. While we typically enjoy Caribou Coffee and are generally understanding of how busy it can become, having worked at a Caribou Coffee in the past, we saw no discernable reason as to why we received such poor service. As a result of this last visit we have yet to return to this location even given its excellent location and close proximity to our home. Otherwise, it is your typical Caribou Coffee with obligatory northwoods decor, fireplace and free wi-fi.

Has the wrong hours posted online by an hour. Drove 15 minutes to go there and realized it was closed. It wouldnt be that big of a deal until I tried to knock on the door to let them know the hours were incorrect and an employee rudely waved us away and mouthed a sarcastic "bye bye". Never coming to this location again. Would give less than one star if I could. Also, the time I was in before the cashier didnt take off the coupon and ran my card and after it went through for the full time she said "oops" and never fixed it.

I live really close to here and its on my way to work, I would like to stop a few mornings a week only I know it will take an additional 15 minutes to get a simple iced coffee or blended drink. On more than one occasion they have been out of either the cold press or dont have a smoothie flavor which I find unacceptable for 730am, even more unacceptable are the way the employees treated me when they say they are out. I have recently switched over to Starbucks over on 42 & hwy 3. They even have a drive through!

This is a very cozy spot and the baristas are very nice, but they are EXTREMELY loud... its hard to get work done here so if youre looking for a spot to get some studying done, this isnt the place to study. I usually study at the Dunn Brothers in Eagan and the staff members are very respectful of their customers that are working and are not loudly yapping about their social life etc.

We love the cold press coffee here (waaaaaaaay better than anything at Starbucks). They do seem to frequently be out of their food options (breakfast sandwiches, desserts, snacks), so improving that planning and stocking effort would be a positive.

Ignore the bad reviews... Ive been coming to this Caribou for almost ten years, and have always gotten spectacular service and drinks. The staff has always been welcoming yet speedy. Sometimes I get my drink before I even order.

Not good service. Baristas seem bothered to take your order. Multiple stops here with the same poor service. Will be seeking other locations from now on. Edit for clarification: I have visited exclusively in the early evening.

Managers rude, employees arent treated well. I was banned from this store for voicing my concerns according to the store manager. I called corporate and was told I am not banned and the manager had no right to do so.

I visit this caribou coffee everyday. The people that work there are very friendly and always greet me no matter how busy they are when I come in. I really love the coffee and I like the atmosphere too.

Another stop. 3 people working at counter took 10 minutes to get a brewed cup of coffee. Again, no dark roast - well decaf (doesnt count).

Slowest Caribou Ive ever visited. The baristas stand there and chat while 8 people are waiting for their orders. I wont be back.

Great location and fun friendly staff. Recently added a drive through. Only downside is the early 8pm closing time.

If you like light roast, go here - its all they keep brewed. Go somewhere else for dark roast.
