I found the vehicle online, called the store and asked about the condition of the vehicle and was told that it was very clean and had no problems. It showed on the listing that it had a clean carfax and was a clean, local one owner trade-in. I put down a deposit and traveled from Tulsa, OK to Jackson MN to buy this vehicle. Upon arrival I looked at it to find it had multiple scratches all over it and had no muffler. I told them I wanted their body shop manager to look at the truck and they said they didnt have anyone who could look at it and they reduced the price further in order to get me to buy it. I agreed and drove it back to Ok. When back at home, took to my local Chevy dealership for a complete inspection and estimate to repair scratches when they showed me where this truck had been hit in the front, bumper was bent, pushed back and needed to be replaced. I called the salesman back and told them of the newly discovered damage. They had a meeting with GM and I was then told sorry, we have already lost money on the truck and we will not do anything to help or compensate for the damage. I feel as though they are a bad representation of a Chevy dealership and that they need to fix the damage to the vehicle they misrepresented. DO NOT TRUST THEIR INSPECTION PROCESS OR VEHICLE REPRESENTATIONS! TAKE ANY VEHICLE TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP FOR A COMPLETE INSPECTION PRIOR TO PURCHASING.

I know when I purchase a vehicle I will get great service Asa Auto Plaza. This is a major consideration when I purchase vehicles. Purchased used Honda Civic. Was told went through there shop days was mechanically safe. Took car to my mechanic after brakes started making noise. After 300 miles in my ownership front break pads where gone. CONTACTED DEALER. Manager stated brakes were in safe range. Buyer beware. Their shop mechanics reports may not be accurate
