Always great service and great ambiance. I love this coffee shop and commend them for bringing great coffee culture to the community. Its a great place to meet a friend any time of the day. My review would be a full five stars if not for the fact this franchise-owned location does not have a bike rack, yet is situated on a mixed-use path (path next to University Ave) and just a mile from the iconic MN River Trail. In their defense, this community is not very bike friendly--not even Wal-Mart has a bike rack. Another suggestion: get nitro cold press. Dunn Bros was the first of the Twin Cities coffee brands to sell cold press mixed drinks. Nitro would be a great addition.

After a rough start to my morning, I swung through the drive through at this Dunn Bros to get my morning coffee, with cream and sugar of course. I received my order promptly, which was quite helpful on getting me to work on time, and upon tasting my coffee I was so pleasantly surprised to find that not only had they added the cream and sugar I requested, but they had also stirred it all in for me! This should be standard service at any coffee shop, but this time was honestly the first time Ive received such service and such an absolutely delicious cup of coffee at any coffee shop. This Dunn Bros will definitely be receiving my delighted business often!! Thanks ladies!!

Dont go with a $50 bill or higher, they DO NOT accept them per management...annoying and inconvenient since I just came from the bank and thats all I had, so to go back to the bank or just forget the order all together...I asked why and she said too many counterfeits going around, I asked about having a marker and holding them up to the light etc, she said they have a marker...so I still dont get it, just cant trust your employees to use the marker and check? Inconvenient, wont go there again, money is money.

I waited for my coffee for around 8 minutes. After that, I noticed she had made the wrong drink and I ask her if she could remake my drink. She rolled her eyes and said that she made it right the first time but she would remake my drink. I dont know what her problem was or if this is just how the employees are. But I do know I will not come back.

We love this Dunn Bros!! We go almost every morning. Everyone is always friendly. When we go through the drive through they always are so sweet to our puppies and give them treats. Oh, and the coffee is outstanding, always!!

Ive been coming here for a long time now and love it. I like the atmosphere, the staff and of course the coffee. I also like the fact that they still have the complimentary computers so I can check my email, etc.

Brewed coffee is great and the staff is very nice even if its busy. One star lost for bad cold brew. Unless youre going with an iced nirvana, this is not the location for knock your socks off cold brew.
